The Otoscope
The Otoscope is an instrument for examining the tympanic membrane and external canal of the ear. 1 It helps to diagnose: Otitis media with effusion (OME), 2 Ear drum perforation, Impacted ear wax, 3 Foreign bodies in the ear, Otites externa (swimmer’s ear), 4 Ear infection and more.
